Empirical Research on Behaviour and Attitudes: Empirical work on ‘informal economies,’ media production, acquisition and consumption, and other forms of user behavior has grown significantly in recent years, driven in part by the obvious gap between formal markets and regulations and the wide range of new practices enabled by digital technologies.  This workshop will explore empirical work on behavior and its relationship to policy making.
