Media literacy, open educational resources animator and copyright educator. From 2008 engaged in Creative Commons Poland team. Currently working for Digital Center as one of Creative Commons project educational leads, responsible for open educational and nongovernmental resources. Also teaches ICT usage in humanities and science popularization at University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Kamil is also board member of Coalition for Open Education, external expert and Panoptykon Foundation (helping with online security education).
