Miguel Morachimo is the Director of Hiperderecho, a peruvian non-profit organization devoted to enhance the public understanding of law and technology. He specializes in technology, media, Internet, and free-speech policies. His writings have appeared several times in national newspapers, magazines and online media, and he has appeared on national television and radio. Morachimo is a frequent guest lecturer in universities and has participated in many consultations in Congress. He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
